Scarlett Johansson might be on Broadway

Star Magazine is reporting that Scarlett Johansson is being eyed for the lead role in a Broadway revival of South Pacific. According to Star:
[Scarlett will play] Nellie Forbush in the production scheduled for January 2008 at Lincoln Center. Scarlett could have some competition though — Reese Witherspoon and Kelli O’Hara of Broadway’s “The Pajama Game” are also on the producers’ wish list.
That would definitely be cool to see Scarlett on Broadway. I didn’t even know she could sing!
